Drop Ship Account Holder. You should bookmark this
page immediately. When you market or promote VE
products via your online store or other method, you
do so at retail prices (and freight rates) you set.
Once a customer purchases off you, you then need to
return to this page to place the order with us at
Wholesale. As you go through our shopping cart, you
will be asked the Shipping Address for us to send
the Product Order to. This will normally be your customer's
address. We process the order and dispatch the products
direct to your customer, while you get to pocket the
difference between what you sold VE product for and
what we charge you for them.
Freight
out of Vanuatu is quite high so you need to charge
something appropriate for freight and make sure that
you pass this onto your customer. When you set up
your own shopping cart or retail prices, we suggest
you charge freight out at 40 cents per $unit or part
thereof. For example, if your retail price for our
100 ml Bottle of Tamanu Oil is $41.16, then your customer
would pay $16.80 US to you in freight (being 40c x
42 $units). This formula should cover freight costs
from Vanuatu to most parts of the world. However,
you may need to work on something a little higher
or perhaps levy a small handling charge per item,
for countries such as the UK, Ireland, Europe, Russia
and Africa.
When
you put the same order through to us at Wholesale,
you will also be charged for freight/pkg/hndlg. However,
as we are calculating the freight by reference to
the Wholesale Price (and not your retail price) we
will charge you freight at 65 cents per $unit or part
thereof PLUS a flat fee of $2.00 to cover handling.
So, using the above example of a 100 ml Bottle of
Tamanu Oil, you would only pay the wholesale price
of $18.71 plus freight of $14.35 (being 65c x 19 $units
+ $2.00). This means that you will ACTUALLY make $2.45
on the freight PLUS a retail profit of $22.45!
Naturally,
freight charges are likely to change over time but
we will notify you, in advance, of any necessary modifications

Processing
Time: Orders
will normally be processed within 24-48 hours (unless
a weekend or public holiday).
Delivery
Time: Anywhere from 7 - 21 days, depending
on where in the world the order is being sent.
Email Notification: We send an email
notification to the reseller, once the order is on
its way to the customer.
Refund/Returns
Policy:
Our
Refund Policy is as stated on this website

However, we don’t strictly apply this in practice.
If a customer claims that a product order was damaged
in transit or never received, we confer with the particular
reseller to determine if the claim is genuine. If
it is then we simply send a replacement at our cost.
However, this
is a discretionary matter for ourselves and the reseller.

we have created an Inventory File listing for each
product, along with the urls for both the Thumb Nail
and Enlarged Images for the products, product descriptions,

Should

can alter prices to suit and insert your own logo,
website url and contact details. It also contains
an Ingredient Directory. You can even adapt it for

If
you don’t yet have a website and aren’t
sure how to go about setting one up, we have an option
that may or may not be of interest to you. This option

TIP: To attract the search engines, you need content
on your pages, not just product images and a retail
price. Convey the benefits of the products
to your potential customers, as they want to know

to or greater than the value to them of the purchase
price being asked for the particular product item.
