As an
authorised Volcanic Earth (VE) Drop Ship Account Holder,
you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.
At all times and for all purposes, a VE Drop Ship Account
Holder shall operate as an independent operator/ contractor
and not as an employee, servant, agent or legal representative
of VE.
2.
As a VE Drop Ship Account Holder, you must operate your
business in a manner that enhances the reputation of
VE and its products. If VE forms the view that you are
not meeting this obligation, then VE may, at its absolute
discretion, cancel the Account.
3 . A Drop Ship Account Holder must use acceptable and
ethical marketing techniques. Spamming will not be tolerated
and may result in cancellation of your Account.
4. No
therapeutic claims may be made about VE products, other
than those found on this website or in other VE promotional
material, newsletter and the like.
5. You
may cancel your Drop Ship Account at any time, as can
VE.
6.
The benefits conferred on an authorised Drop Ship Account
Holder are:-
(a) The
right to purchase VE products at Wholesale (plus freight)
to fullfil their own customer orders;
(b) The right to market and promote
VE products and at prices set by you.
7. VE
agrees to drop ship VE product to your customers, upon
payment by you of our wholesale price(s) and freight
charges relevant to that product or products.
8. You
acknowledge that VE wholesale prices and/or freight
charges are subject to change from time to time.
9. You
hereby agree that VE products will not be marketed or
promoted on or to pornographic or adult sex sites or
racial, hatred, fanatical or inappropriate sites.
10.Your
Drop Ship Account may only be assigned or transferred
with the written consent of VE, the giving of such consent
will not be unreasonably withheld.
11. Should
no order be placed with VE via your Drop Ship Account
within a period of 12 months, you Account will be closed.
Should this occur, you will have to re-apply for a Drop
Ship Account with us.
12.VE
may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13. These
terms and Conditions constitue a legally enforceable
Agreement upon application by you for and acceptance
by VE, of a VE Drop Ship Account.
